Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the frost-drive.com website and services provided by frost-drive Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

frost-drive provides educational masterclasses and training programmes focused on interview techniques and storytelling craft. Our services include:

• In-person and online masterclasses
• Multi-week training programmes
• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Corporate training workshops

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

To book a masterclass or programme, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing session details, preparation materials, and joining instructions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

• More than 14 days before session: Full refund minus 5% administration fee
• 7-14 days before session: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before session: No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another session within 6 months

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a masterclass if:

• Minimum participant numbers are not met
• A facilitator is unavailable due to illness or emergency
• Circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to deliver the session

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Attendance and Participation

By attending our masterclasses, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and be prepared to participate fully
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Not share course materials with non-participants
• Follow any specific guidelines communicated before or during the session

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content provided in our masterclasses, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, handouts, and recordings, is the intellectual property of frost-drive Limited or our licensors.

You may:

• Use materials for your personal professional development
• Implement techniques learned in your own work

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission
• Use our content to teach your own workshops or courses
• Claim our methodologies as your own creation

Confidentiality

Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Personal information shared by other participants during sessions
• Specific examples or case studies discussed that involve identifiable individuals or organizations

What happens in the masterclass should be treated as a safe learning environment where people can practice and make mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our masterclasses are educational in nature. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from applying the techniques taught
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
